Tourism Services

Cancellation more than 30 days before travel may qualify for a partial or full refund depending on supplier policies. Cancellations within 30 days may attract cancellation charges. No-shows are generally non-refundable.

Commodity Trading

Orders confirmed under signed commercial agreements are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds for eligible transactions will be processed to the original payment method.

Commodity exports are arranged according to agreed Incoterms and commercial contracts. Delivery timelines depend on product availability, export documentation, shipping schedules and customs clearance. Customers receive shipping updates throughout the process.

Tourism services are delivered electronically through booking confirmations, travel itineraries and vouchers.

We accept secure online payments through approved payment gateways.

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, EFT, secure payment links.

Payments are processed using encrypted and secure payment systems.
